This privacy policy outlines how we, Kreechr s.r.o (the company behind Cookifi, see our Legal Notice for more information), collect, process, and store your personal data when using Cookifi (also referred to as "app") in accordance with the legal requirements, especially the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We take your privacy seriously and we will never sell your data to third parties.

What Do We Collect?

We collect the following personal information about you:

  • Company name

How Do We Collect Your Data?

You provide Kreechr s.r.o with most of the data when you sign in via Google. We extract this data from Google via the OAuth protocol. Namely we store your email and name provided by Google to create a user representation in our own system. Other data is provided by you directly when using the app through configuring the team based settings.
We also indirectly and anonymously collect your Network Speed, Browser,Device Type,Device OS and Country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) via Vercel. Given this data cannot be associated with the end user this cannot be considered personal data.

How We Use Your Data?

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To communicate with you about our app and related services
  • To personalize your experience and improve our app
  • To monitor and analyze usage of our app
  • To comply with legal obligations

Any use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

How Do We Store Your Data?

We store your data securely at servers located in Frankfurt, Germany. We keep your data until you explicitly do not request deletion.

What are your data protection rights?

Cookifi would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Cookifi for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Cookifi correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Cookifi to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Cookifi restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Cookifi’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Cookifi transfer the data that we have collected to another
  • organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
